Goji Berry

English version? Click here!

Due the high content of antioxidants, these little red fruits are classified as a superfood and can be added to people’s diet easily. Goji Berries are one of the richest fruits in Vitamin C, great content of Vitamin A and fibers. I try to add them in a weekly basis, for a snack option or even to nourish my salads or porridges.
