The 3-month program is for when you want to truly commit to making a radiant change in your life that you can feel, see, and experience. 3 months is a magic timeframe for manifesting your wellness vision for yourself and taking the time to see results!

INCLUDES:

o 4 sessions: 1 initial consultation of 60 minutes via Skype or Facetime, and 3 more sessions of 30 minutes (follow up) via Skype, Facetime or call (each session will be pre-scheduled after the first session).

o Unlimited assistance via e-mail.

o Material: Meal Plan, grocery shopping list, grocery shopping guide, suggestions of supplements (if needed), specific orientations according to your personal goals and routine.

DETAILS:

Initial Consultation: will allow me to know you better, understand your personal goals and limitations, past experiences with diets, relationship with food, food likes/dislikes, actual routine (work/exercise/travels schedule).

Follow Up sessions: During those sessions, we will be discussing about your achievements, difficulties, and progress you might have crossed so far. We might have new nutritional adjustments, recommendations, and together set up new goals.
